أقامت جمعية المحاميين المسلمين في ولاية ميشيغن أميركا حفلها السنوي. و ذلك بحضور ٢٥٠ قاضي ومحامي. كما وزعت خلال الحفل ٧ منح دراسيه على متفوقين في الدراسة في كليات الحقوق. ولفتت المحامية دنيا احمد بزي رئيسة الجمعية الى أهمية الاهتمام بالجيل الصاعد وشكرت المساهمين في إنجاح الحفل. كما تحدث عدد من المحاميين وشجعوا الشباب المسلم على العلم والتفوق.

The Michigan Muslim Bar Association had their annual scholarship dinner at byblos banquet hall on November 1, 2016. Dewnya Bazzi the President of the organizations welcomed A crowd of over 250 elected officials, judges, attorneys, and community members. There were seven scholarships awarded to law students who won an essay contest at the event. The keynote speaker was Rashad Hussain who works with the Obama administration as the Special Envoy to Counter Terrorism Strategy and Communications.
